Lad Guest is an award-winning producer and director with 25 years experience creating television commercials, corporate films and most recently, live web broadcasts. He has produced new product introductions and auto show films for Ford, General Motors and Chrysler. Lad has earned a reputation for skillfully directing individuals ranging from the man/woman on the street, to top acting talent, celebrities and senior corporate executives.
Bob Paklaian spent 15 of his many years in the advertising agency business with Young & Rubicam, most as Group Creative Director. Responsible for print, radio and television advertising for the Lincoln-Mercury business, Bob has won countless local, national and international creative awards. As a free-lance writer for the past several years, his work includes videos and media advertising for Jaguar, Alticor, BASF, Bosch, Visteon and the Ford Motor Company.
Terrie Houston is a versatile, skilled project manager who is adept at defining, developing and managing a variety of projects. Her diverse professional background includes several years at Organic (previously known as Ross Roy Interactive) where she served as Director of Project Management. There, she directed and managed web sites and supporting materials. Her work for the Chrysler Corporation, helped earn the International Multimedia Award for Best Sales and Marketing.
William Young, a seasoned graphic designer is well versed in all things digital. Honing his skills at C.E. Communications and numerous smaller agencies such as: Weaver, Ladd, Harries McGowan, Townsend Agency, Publications International LTD., and BG Media. Bill has worked on projects as diverse as the Ultrasound Medical Training NASA project (yes his work is in space); an interactive sketchbook for the Detroit Institute of Arts that is now being used on other museums; Harley Ellis Devereaux’s 100 Year Celebration website; Yottabyte and many other projects in interactive design, video, web, print, design, technology and presentations.
Jeffrey Dougherty is our director of photography who cut his teeth on music videos and Indy films. Jeff now brings his strong visual sense to documentary and long format work. A series of short films on “everyday heroes” sponsored by Volvo of North America, has won over a dozen international awards and was named to Ad Age magazines “Top Ten” list of best non-broadcast work of 2009. A documentary on Rwanda, “Land of a Thousand Hills”, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Other recent work include a documentary series for the Discovery Channel on the Future of Flight, spots for Sheraton, GM, Toyota Home Depot and UPS.
